Stacie Hoffmeister
Stacie Hoffmeister is a strategic business leader with 20+ years driving growth across wealth management, luxury brands, and mission-driven initiatives. As President and Founder of Hoffmeister Lundman & Co., she brings operational discipline and cross-sector expertise to companies navigating complex transitions, with deep expertise in women and wealth.

As a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, Stacie built the division's first corporate talent and learning function and launched enterprise-wide innovation programs. She built visibility, mentorship, and coaching programs that supported unprecedented rates of women promoted to Managing Director, demonstrating how intentional leadership development drives business results. Selected by McKinsey & Company as a women and wealth thought leader, she was a featured panelist at the London launch of their 2025 report on the $30T women-investor opportunity.

At LVMH and Coty, she led global brand strategy for Belvedere Vodka and ck Fragrances, driving double digit growth. As founder of executive coaching and leadership development firm Facts & Heresies, she scaled Fortune 500 client work across Google, Morgan Stanley, Dropbox, and JPMorgan.

Stacie earned an MBA in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation from New York University's Stern School of Business and a BA in English Literature from Columbia College of Columbia University. She resides in the New York metro area.
